My Familia is made by a small team. Write to us and a person reads it, usually within 1 to 2 business days.
Households, invites, the calendar, chores, lists, photos, or anything that is not behaving.
Email support →Report a message, photo, or wall post, or tell us about someone in a household who is being abusive. We review every report and remove anything that breaks our rules.
File a report →Delete your account, ask what we store, or request a copy. You can also delete your account inside the app: More, then Delete my account.
Email us →Premium covers your whole household. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings; write to us if something looks wrong.
